Spicy Directory respects intellectual property rights and the rights of creators over their own likeness and content. Photos and text on profile pages are provided by (or licensed from) the listed creators or their authorized managers for directory use.

Copyright complaints. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice via the contact page with: (1) the exact URL on Spicy Directory, (2) a description of the copyrighted work, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act.

Creator removal. If you are a creator (or manager) and want a profile removed or updated, email us with your OnlyFans handle and proof of account ownership. Valid ownership requests are processed within 72 hours whenever possible.

Counter-notices. If material was removed due to a complaint and you believe that was a mistake, contact us with a counter-notice explaining why the material should be restored.

We may share complaint details with the person who submitted the listing when needed to resolve the issue. Abusive or incomplete notices may be ignored.
